Western trace

The course of the Aqua Virgo from Pietralata (nr. 28 on the preceding map) towards the foot of the
Pincio hill (nr. 1 on the map). On several places cippi (border stones) have been found, to indicate the
trace of the aqueduct and the protected zone around it.
