Andelos (Spain)
About 3 km west of Andelos (zona urbana) one can find the Iturranduz dam (presa). There are
severe doubts about its Roman origin. Some 300 m west of the ancient city is a large reservoir
(deposito) with partly a Roman core. It is likely that it fed the city of Andelos by an aqueduct, but
how is still an enigma (surface channel or lead pipe; siphon or substructio). Drawing from
