Map of two aqueducts

The aqueduct channel to the desert fort Herodion found its start at
the Solomon's Pools (nrs 1 - 10 and 60 - 67). There must have been a
second aqueduct from 'Ain Urtas towards the orchards of the St.
Chariton Monastery, built on the lifts of the Nehal Teqoa in the Judean Desert.
