Naxos (Greece)
The famous kouros of Apollonas in the northern area of Naxos (Greece), about 10,5 m in length. Archaeologists
believe it was meant to depict the ancient Greek god Dionysos. Apart from the kouroi in the Flerio area, others can
be found in the archaeological musea in Chora (Naxos town) and Athens.
