Distribution basin

The main / primary water distribution basin of the Roman water supply of Patara. The aqueduct enters from the left.
The waterproof basin measures 5,10 x 6,20m externally. Its walls are 0,90 wide and have been covered with a vault
springing at 1,5m. On a later date it was divided into two chambers with an opening in between.
The water outlets are 0,40m wide.
