at Tor Fiscale

The 13th c 'Torre dell'acquedotto o Tor Fiscale' was erected right on the crossing of the main lines of
two major Roman aqueduct systems. Here the south side of Tor Fiscale (toll- and watchtower) at
the crossing of the channels of the Aquae Claudia / Anio Novus (middle left) and the Acqua Felice
(bottom right) placed on the substruction of the Aquae Marcia / Tepula / Julia.
