Missing top structure

Above the three arches the channel of the 16th c Acqua Felice is silhouetted, at right and left piercing
the arches and piers of the Aquae Claudia and Anio Novus. Keep in mind that between Capannelle
and Porta Maggiore the Acqua Felice (mis-)uses at will the lower parts of the Aquae Claudia / Anio
Novus or the Aquae Marcia / Tepula / Julia. When necessary parts of the (already) ruined ancient
aqueducts were used to build the arches and channel of the Acqua Felice.
