At via Nazareno

Two of three arches of the Aqua Virgo as can be found in the Via Nazareno, quite close to the Via
del Tritone and the Trevi fountain. The photo shows clearly that the present street level is
considerably higher than in ancient times so that the top of the arcade is almost level with the
modern street.
