A full view of the Ferreras bridge of one of the Roman aqueducts on Tarragona, built in the 1st c CE.
The water was used for drinking, for several bath establishments and possibly for navy ships
in the harbour. The bridge is built in so-called opus quadratum, which aslar stones were put
together without the use of mortar.
