Toledo (Spain)
The original basin / cave was built of small cut stones with a strong mixture of lime and sand (opus caementicium) and coated wth special hydraulic plaster (opus signinum). On a later date, but within the Roman period, the original basin was partially fursished with large granite blocks and diveided in the longitudinal direction by means of a wall with three equally large granite arches
